Lincoln Police Search for Missing Person

Lincoln Police are searching for a missing twenty-one year old man. David "DJ" Bliss left his home near 20th & Superior at 7pm, March 21, 2011. He claimed he was going to return a DVD at the library just three blocks away. DJ never returned. He mentioned to others that he planned to run away. His family is concerned because DJ is diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome and functions at a lower level. He may possibly be en route to Ashland, where he has friends. Ashland Police Department has been notified. DJ does not have a cell phone or a vehicle.

He was last seen wearing a cream plaid polo shirt, red and grey jacket, blue jeans and brown boots. He is 5'9" tall, 140 pounds, has dyed red hair and brown eyes. If located, please contact the Lincoln Police Department at (402) 441-6000.

Update: DJ was located by a relative on March 22, 2011 in downtown Lincoln. He was returned to his parents.
