The LPD Records Department operates a public access records counter that is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the exception of major holidays. A court ordered subpoena is required for complete case file reports. Copies of the following reports and services are available at the counter:

    basic details (where, when) without the narrative.
    A court ordered subpeona is required for a copy of the complete IR.
