Captain Kim Koluch has been a member of the Lincoln Police Department since June of 1979, and is currently assigned as the commanding officer of the Southeast Team. During her tenure with the department she has served in several specialized positions including Night Shift Duty Commander, Internal Affairs, Planning & Research, Field Training Officer Coordinator and is also the Commander of the SWAT Team. Captain Koluch holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Relations from Doane College and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy.
