After-hours and emergency access
The majority of the fleet maintained by Fleet Services is comprised of heavy equipment and heavy-duty trucks. We have 302 pieces of automotive equipment (cars / pickups) which are maintained by the Police Garage and are not included in the annual utilization count. Utilization units are a combination of miles and hours where hours are converted to miles at a rate of 35 miles per hour.
