Non-Emergency Traffic Signal Maintenance Request Form

Emergency situations should be reported immediately by calling the Lincoln Police Department dispatch at (402) 441-6000.

This form is intended to be used by citizens as an easy way of submitting non-emergency Traffic Signal Service Requests electronically. Please complete the items below and select submit. If you have difficulty describing the location, please call (402) 441-7711 during regular office hours, 7:30-4:30, or, after hours call the Lincoln Police Department dispatch at (402) 441-6000.
