35th and Randolph Area Water Main Replacement Project
The water main on Randolph Street will be replaced from South 28th Street to South 40th Street and along South 35th Street from "D" Street to Randolph Street.
40th from South to Van Dorn Water Main Replacement
49th and Rentworth Storm Drain Improvements
Scheduled to begin approximately October 1, 2014. This project includes the installation of additional storm sewer pipe and inlets. These additions will improve drainage by allowing more water to be removed from the street, which will reduce ponding and street flooding.
58th and Wilshire Storm Drain Improvement Project
Construction will include new storm drainage inlets in the intersection of 58th and Wilshire and a larger diameter storm sewer pipe from the intersection of 58th and Wilshire to the drainage channel on the north side of the Mopac Trail.
W "A" from SW 40th to Coddington
Scheduled to begin September 15. West "A" Street will be closed to through traffic from S Coddington to SW 40th St. for sanitary sewer work. Access to local properties along West "A" Street will be maintained.
Lincoln Airport Entryway Corridor
The Lincoln Airport Entryway Corridor project includes pavement repairs and streetscape enhancements along W. Adams Street, NW 12th Street, W. Cornhusker Highway and 9th/10th Streets at "S" Street.
Old Cheney from 70th to 82nd
Because of rising traffic volumes, Old Cheney's existing two-lane rural street will be upgraded to a four-lane urban street with left turn lanes, curbs and gutters.

Centennial Mall Renovation Project
The renovation of Centennial Mall will address safety/security and accessibility issues that have developed over time along the entire seven block long mall that extends from "K" Street to "R" Street. Renovation efforts will feature new paved walkways, green spaces/landscaping, fountains, lighting and furnishings.
