Project Background
Phase I is the first phase of a multi-phased and multiyear project for providing additional capacity necessary to meet current and future growth in the Beal Slough basin. This relief trunk sewer adds 60-inch, 36-inch, and 30-inch diameter piping that runs parallel to an existing line.

- Roadway crossings at 14th Street, Southwood Drive, and 27th Street to be tunneled. No disruption to the traveling public.
- Total Project Cost: $ 6,925,000 (Estimated)
- Construction Contract Cost: $5,725,416.20
- Funding: Sanitary Sewer Revenue Funds
Construction Status - Complete
- Substantial Completion: July 2007
- Final Completion: December 2007
