- Approximately five blocks of a large, new storm drainage pipe project near 21st Street Corridor, from 'N' to 'S' Street. This project is being constructed in conjunction with the Antelope Valley Project. This phase is the second of four phases and will capture storm drainage from the west side of Antelope Creek and relay it downstream to an outlet near 'R' Street.
