- The existing storm drain system doesn't have capacity to handle heavy rains, resulting in street flooding during heavy storms. The solution is to build another underground drainageway system along side the existing storm drain system with more street drains allowing water to flow to Beal Slough faster rather than backing up and flooding streets and properties.
