The City of Lincoln has developed project plans to reduce roadway flooding and decrease the potential for property damage at several locations on 'D', 'E', 38th, 39th and 40th streets. Construction of this Capital Improvement Project is currently not scheduled. It is dependent on the availability of future funding.
Representatives from the Public Works and Utilities Department and its consultant, The Schemmer Associates, will be on hand to discuss preliminary plans and answer your questions:
