Artwork Interpretation
"Inspired by Wind in the Willows"

Location: Pioneers Park Nature Center, 3201 S Coddington Ave.

The idea for this painting is based on Kenneth Grahame's Children's book The Wind and The Willows. I thought a scene depicting the anthropomorphized characters of Ratty, Mole, Mr. Toad and Mr. Badger would immediately bridge the gap between Human beings in everyday life and our animal counterparts.
