Stormwater Runoff Potential - Typical Single Family Lot
Over 38% of the project area consists of approximately 10,000 single-family residential lots. The figures below show stormwater runoff amounts from an example residential lot (Figure 1). The same lot is shown in Figure 2 with two rain barrels, a rain garden, and pervious pavement.
