Urban Development may also negotiate with any redeveloper for the purchase or lease of any real property located within the area described below. Specific redevelopment proposals and projects are subject to the final approval of the Mayor and Lincoln City Council and they may accept such redevelopment contract proposal as they deem to be in the public interest as provided by the Nebraska Community Development Law.
The Redevelopment Area affected by this Notice is generally bounded by 21st Street on the west, N Street on the north, Antelope Valley channel and Antelope Park on the east, and L Street on the south.
All interested redevelopers or interested parties may submit redevelopment project proposals to the Urban Development Department at any time up to 4:30 p.m. CST, November 1, 2012.
