On September 8, 2008, Lincoln City Council approved an ordinance and resolution to amend Title 27 of the City Municipal Code. The amendment created Lincoln Downtown Design Standards and revised other sections of the City Code that pertain to the B-4 Zoning District. The amendment also expanded the B-4 District into the Antelope Valley Redevelopment Area.
