Online Submittal File Naming Requirements

Each page of a plan set is required to be uploaded as an individual file. Multiple pages in a single file are not allowed. The cover sheet should be named "1-Cover Sheet" to ensure it is located at the top of the file list. Name all other files identical to what is shown on the cover sheet of the plan set. In the event the plans do not have a cover sheet, the below file naming convention should be used. Uploaded files that do not follow these requirements will result in a failed pre-screen review and will require re-submittal prior to being routed for review.

All plans must be drawn to scale, and each sheet should indicate what scale was used. When more than one scale is used on a sheet for multiple details, independent graphic scales must accompany each detail. Each sheet in a plan set must have a space reserved for City approval stamps that measures 4”x4” and is generally located at the top right corner of each sheet.
