Barriers To Care

BarriersToCare.jpg

Barriers to healthcare exist for many in the Lincoln-Lancaster County Community. Despite a robust and committed health care infrastructure, many individuals still find barriers in place as they seek access to care. These barriers may include but are not limited to access to health insurance coverage, finding a health care or dental provider that accepts their insurance, transportation and/or language access to name a few.

The CHIP workgroup is engaging to address concerns specific to barriers to dental care access for both adults and children.
