As our community ages, an increased number of residents will have a growing risk of serious health problems related to a fall. There are many evidence-based practices that reduce the risk of falling, prolonging health and wellbeing for a steadily increasing percentage of residents 60 years of age and older. This CHIP priority is seeking to provide these resources to aging communities in Lincoln with limited access to fall-prevention resources.
