The Dental Program is committed to promoting and improving the dental health status of the citizens of Lincoln and Lancaster County through:
- dental health education and promotion of healthy behaviors and practices; and
- assuring access to dental services, including preventive and treatment services, for all population groups for the prevention of chronic disease.

WIC is the nation's premiere public health nutrition program.
The WIC program helps build healthy families. WIC is a nutrition program that provides healthy foods free to pregnant and breastfeeding women, new mothers, infants, and young children. WIC helps families eat well, learn about nutrition and stay healthy.
