Capitol View Neighborhood Street Improvements

This project will improve several streets in the Capitol View Neighborhood through a mill and overlay of the existing surface and base repairs where required. Additional work will include upgrades to the existing sidewalk ramps to comply with federal and local standards.

The following streets are included:

  • “G” Street from South 13th Street to South 21st Street
  • “H” Street from South 18th Street to end of street
  • “J” Street from South 16th Street to South 21st Street
  • South 23rd Street from “N” Street to “O” Street
  • South 24th Street from “J” Street to “M” Street
  • “M” Street from South 24th Street to South 25th Street

Construction is taking place in 2023.

Access During Construction

The streets will be closed to through traffic during construction. Local access will be maintained to the extent possible.
