Public Pools

GENERAL POOL RULES

1.  Youth under 7 must be accompanied by a person 16 or over.
2.  If a diaper is worn, it must be a swim diaper.
3.  Proper swimming suit is required for admittance.  No cut offs or shorts allowed.  No street clothes allowed on pool deck.
4.  Floating apparatus, including water wings, are allowed in the baby pool only.  Inner tubes and air mattresses are not allowed.  Water toys are generally not allowed.
5.  U.S.S. Coast Guard or Red Cross life jacket is allowed.
6.  No smoking allowed in any pool area.
7.  Hours of operation may be altered due to inclement weather.  If by 3:00 p.m. the air temperature has not reached 70 degrees, a determination will be made on whether to close for the remainder of the day.
8.  Please check the entrance of the pool for additional rules and regulations.

• Rental arrangements are made directly with each pool
• Rental dates may be reserved after opening on May 27   
• Rental times are for 1.5 hours during non-public hours of operation. Some pool locations may be able to accommodate a morning rental.
• Cash or check (for amount only) is accepted
• $25 deposit due at time of rental
• Credit card payments are accepted at Highlands, Star City Shores, University Place and Woods
