LPD Announces “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” Results

The Lincoln Police Department (LPD) participated in a the National “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” traffic safety effort. This project focused on impaired driving on weekend nights from August 16 to September 1, 2024. This project was funded by a grant from the Nebraska Department of Transportation-Highway Safety Office and allowed for more Officers to enforce impaired driving and other traffic safety laws outside their normal shift.
