Aging Partners invites older adults and the public to a variety of activities and classes in Lincoln and Lancaster County from December 4 through 10:

 

Monday, December 4

  • Games, exercise room and walking track, Belmont Senior Center – 9 a.m.
  • Art books, games and cards, Firth Senior Center – 9 a.m.
  • Sit and Be Fit exercise class, Northeast Senior Center – 10 a.m.
  • Music BINGO with Elliott Piper, Victory Park Senior Center – 10 a.m.
  • BINGO, Washington Street Senior Center – 10:15 a.m.
  • “The Importance of Physical Therapy as We Age” presentation by CHI Health, Belmont Senior Center – 10:30 a.m.
  • Blood pressure clinic by Lakeview Living, Firth Senior Center – 10:30 to 11:15 a.m.
  • Best Friend Sing Along, Northeast Senior Center – 11 a.m.
  • Christmas craft project, Firth Senior Center – 12:15 p.m.
  • Travel documentary:  Denmark, Victory Park Senior Center – 2 p.m.
  • Dance for Life class, American Lutheran Church – 1:30 p.m.

  • All senior centers are closed for an all-centers event.
  • StrongBodies strength training program, Victory Park Fitness Center – 9 a.m.
  • Qigong Refresh and Recharge class, American Lutheran Church – 10 a.m.
