Lincoln Transportation and Utilities today announced it will provide free bicycle and bus transportation on general election day, Tuesday, November 5. Voters can find their polling place at votercheck.necvr.ne.gov.
The election day offers include:
“BikeLNK's Roll to the Polls initiative removes transportation barriers, helping Lincoln residents exercise their right to vote,” said Hunter Arias, BikeLNK City Manager. “StarTran and BikeLNK are committed to providing reliable, safe public and active transportation, along with healthy recreational services.”
BikeLNK, owned by the City of Lincoln and operated by ROAM Share, is the city’s public bike share system. For more information on BikeLNK, visit BikeLNK.com.
