Street Improvement Project Open House Rescheduled for May 30

Lincoln Transportation and Utilities (LTU) has rescheduled a West “A” Street Improvement Project open house that was originally planned for May 21.

The new schedule is as follows:

• Thursday, May 30, 5 to 7 p.m., Roper Elementary School, 2323 S. Coddington Ave. – This street improvement project on West “A” Street from west city limits to Southwest 23rd Street includes new pavement, roundabout intersections, ADA accessible sidewalks, multi-use trail, sanitary sewer trunkline, street lighting, concrete pads at bus stops, and new driveway connections. Construction is ongoing.
