Portion of North 48th Street Closed July 2

A portion of North 48th Street between Cornhusker Highway and Benton Street is closed Tuesday, July 2 due to water and mud over the roadway. The street is expected to open by the end of the day.

StarTran Route 48 and Route 54 bus stops near Hartley and Benton streets are currently closed and are being detoured during this closure.

Travelers are encouraged to seek an alternate route and exercise caution.
