Beginning Monday, September 30, the Billy Wolff Trail between Randolph and “J” streets will close for LES utility work. The trail is expected to reopen by Monday, October 7.
Trail users are advised to avoid the work area and to use the sidewalks on the north side of “J” Street, the east side of Capitol Parkway, and the north side of Randolph Street during this time.
