56th Street from Bridle Lane to Thompson Creek Boulevard Street

Street Improvement Project

The purpose of this project is to preserve the transportation asset, improve the reliability of Lincoln’s transportation system, and ensure the mobility of the traveling public.

Scope of Work

This project rehabilitated the pavement along 56th Street from Bridle Lane to Thompson Creek Boulevard to improve roadway conditions as necessitated by the current pavement age and condition.

Schedule

Construction began in August 2020 was completed in the fall. This project was coordinated with the adjacent 56th and Yankee Hill Road Intersection Project to minimize impacts to area residents and the traveling public.
