Senior citizens and the general public are invited to a free Aging Partners Resource Fair from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, June 14 at the Walter Apartments Community Room, 5501 Sea Mountain Road. The event will showcase programs, services and other opportunities available through Aging Partners. No event registration is required.
"We will be conducting a series of resource fairs over the next six months to help educate people to all that Aging Partners and our senior centers have to offer," said Sandy Lutz, Aging Partners Administrator. "Senior centers play a key role in helping enhance the lives of older adults by introducing them to our agency's programs and services and the various ways we can help."
Services and programs to be featured at the resource fair include senior health and fitness testing, long-term care, nutrition, personal and family services, the Aging and Disability Resource Center, transportation, and financial and employment resources.
