All lanes of South 10th Street between "K" and "O" streets are now open to through traffic following the replacement of a 133-year-old water main. Short-term lane closures may be required in the spring for pavement replacement and markings.
The project is designed to reduce the number of disruptions to water service and traffic because of water main issues. The project will also better serve the growing number of customers and new businesses downtown. The Transportation and Utilities Department appreciates the public's patience during the project.
