Youth Track and Field Meet Set for May 11

Deadline for registration is May 6

Lincoln Parks and Recreation invites children ages 8 through 13 to compete in the Lincoln area Central Nebraska Youth Track and Field Meet, Saturday, May 11. The free event is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Lincoln Southeast High School, 2930, S. 37th Street.

More information and registration forms are available at teamsideline.com/lincolnne (Youth Track & Field tab). Registration forms must be postmarked or delivered by May 6 to the Parks and Recreation Department, 3131 "O" St., third floor.

Ribbons will be awarded to the top four finishers in each event, who will be eligible to compete at the state-wide championship meet in North Platte on Saturday, June 8.
