The public is encouraged to participate in an online survey regarding Watershed Management's public education programs. The survey is available at lincoln.ne.gov (keyword: watershed) until June 30. No contact information will be collected, and responses are anonymous. Participants will be given the option to sign up to receive email updates from the City of Lincoln.
Participants will be able to share concerns regarding the quality of local lakes and streams and take a quiz about pollutants found in stormwater runoff. A summary of the results will be made available on Watershed Management's website after the survey has concluded.
Watershed Management is required to conduct a public education survey once during the 2018-2023 NPDES Permit Term. The survey falls under MCM 2: Public Participation. For more information, visit lincoln.ne.gov (keyword: NPDES).
For questions about the survey, contact Erin Kubicek, Watershed Management, at 402-441-4959 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
