Portion of Downtown “O” Street to Close Beginning May 18

Lincoln Transportation and Utilities (LTU) today announced that “O” Street between 13th and 16th streets will close beginning Monday, May 18, for water main replacement and Black Hills Energy utility work. The closure, part of Project “O” Street, will be in place until fall 2026, weather permitting.
