Public Process

The 2016 update of the Lincoln and Lancaster County Comprehensive Plan, LPlan 2040, is a public process with the Planning Commission as the primary public review body. You can review the background information gathered on the Background tab. You can also review all the materials from the biweekly briefings of the Planning Commission on the Committee tab. The adopted Plan can be reviewed on The Plan tab. On this tab, you can view materials used and produced at various key points in the update process by clicking on the buttons to the left.
