Roll call and acknowledge the "Nebraska Open Meeting Act"

  1. Review and action on the draft minutes of the September 15, 2016 Officials Committee meeting.

  2. Review and action on revisions to the FY 2017-2020 Transportation Improvement Program.

    3. a)    Nebraska: Vanpool Project: Vendor vanpool services to provide statewide contracted services
            which include services for A) the Lincoln and Omaha (LCLC and MAPA) Metro Regions and
            B) Rural Nebraska vanpool service;

    b)    Lancaster County: Railroad Crossing Advanced Pavement Markings project to upgrade
            pavement markings at 9 locations in Lancaster County;

    c)    Lower Platte South Natural Resource District: Rosa Parks Way Trail, Railroad Undercrossing
            trail west of 1st and J Street.

  3. Briefing on the proposed Lincoln MPO 2040 Long Range Transportation Plan.

    4. The online public comment and online public survey period has concluded and the Lincoln-Lancaster County Planning Commission will hold Public Hearing in the Council Chambers on November 16, 2016 for public review and comment.

  4. Other topics for discussion.
