Connecting Seniors to Community and Care
Aging Partners plans, coordinates and advocates for seniors in an eight-county area. Our mission is to enhance daily living; expand personal choices and educate the community to ensure the independence and a vibrant life for every individual we serve.
Aging Partners is located at 600 S. 70th St. Our Victory Park facility is a comprehensive hub featuring our fitness and senior centers, central kitchen and administrative offices. It is also home to our dedicated care managers and resource specialists.

To reach the public entrance, please take Victory Park Drive from 70th Street. Follow the signs around the north side of the complex to the east side of the building; our entrance is clearly marked by the Aging Partnerssign.
